The overall master plan of DVIZ which
covering 1,463ha comprises of (i) 655ha General Industrial Park, (ii) 130ha Port Area, (iii) 65ha Residential Zone, and (iv) 613ha Utilities & Green Area. At present moment DVIZ is completing Phase 1 (164ha) and starting to roll out Phase 2 (377ha). The project includes establishment of industrial hazardous waste management facility, including both factory-based handling, treatment, and disposal facility, and centralized hazardous waste treatment facilities.
